Swiss Chard in Tomato

Try these delicious swiss chards with a bit of tomato that give them a very nice flavor, and you can also serve them in the center of the table for everyone to help themselves to their liking.

1 bunch chard
2 potatoes, medium, peeled and chopped
1 tomato, large, chopped
1/2 teaspoons onion, chopped
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
salt, and pepper

Wash the swiss chard well and chop it.
In a pot, heat the oil, pour in the swiss chard, potatoes, and onion.
Let the preparation fry a little and add the tomato.
Season with salt and pepper (you can also opt for a little chicken broth powder).
Cover the pot and simmer until everything is well cooked.
Be careful not to let all the juices evaporate; if you see it getting dry, you can add a little water.
