Simple recipe with few ingredients to prepare fried wedge potatoes. With flour, salt, pepper, herbs, and paprika. It takes about 15 minutes to prepare.
The first step is to heat the oil over medium heat, pour it into a pot, fryer, or whatever you are going to use, to make it faster. Try to have the potatoes cut beforehand to avoid burning the oil.
In a container with a lid, mix the flour, salt, pepper, herbs, and paprika, shake to combine, and coat the wedges in the mixture.
Next, add the potatoes to the oil, remember not to add too many at once. Fry for about 5 minutes, and/or until golden brown.
In the end, simply place them in a strainer or on a plate with some paper towels to remove excess oil.
