Wedge Potatoes

Simple recipe with few ingredients to prepare fried wedge potatoes. With flour, salt, pepper, herbs, and paprika. It takes about 15 minutes to prepare.

  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 tablespoons salt
  • 4 tablespoons pepper
  • 4 tablespoons paprika
  • vegetable oil, for frying

  • The first step is to heat the oil over medium heat, pour it into a pot, fryer, or whatever you are going to use, to make it faster. Try to have the potatoes cut beforehand to avoid burning the oil.
  • In a container with a lid, mix the flour, salt, pepper, herbs, and paprika, shake to combine, and coat the wedges in the mixture.
  • Next, add the potatoes to the oil, remember not to add too many at once. Fry for about 5 minutes, and/or until golden brown.
  • In the end, simply place them in a strainer or on a plate with some paper towels to remove excess oil.
