Prepared Corn

The traditional corn sold on the streets of Mexico, warm, delicious, and prepared with cheese, mayonnaise, lemon, and piquín chili.

  • 6 ears corn
  • 2 liters water
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cups piquín chile
  • 6 limes
  • salt

  • In a pot, bring the corn to a boil with a little salt.
  • Once they are tender, use a wooden stick to hold the corn.
  • Then add a little lemon, mayonnaise, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Sprinkle with piquín chili and it's ready.
