2 liters water
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cups piquín chile
6 limes

In a pot, bring the corn to a boil with a little salt.
Once they are tender, use a wooden stick to hold the corn.
Then add a little lemon, mayonnaise, and Parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle with piquín chili and it's ready.
