  • 4 chops provolone cheese, 2cm each
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons oregano
  • arugulas, for serving

  • Preheat the grill. Place a griddle or skillet on it.
  • Marinate the cheese with olive oil and oregano.
  • When the grill is very hot, cook the cheese for approximately 1 minute on each side.
