300 grams cheese, provolone
1/2 cups sun-dried tomatoes
fresh rosemary, for garnish
2 tablespoons olive oil

Cut the provolone cheese into very thin slices and divide the cheese onto two plates.
Heat the cheese in the microwave for 30-45 seconds.
Add the dried tomato and a sprig of rosemary.
Add a tablespoon of olive oil to each plate and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
