Provolone Cheese with Dried Tomato

  • 300 grams cheese, provolone
  • 1/2 cups sun-dried tomatoes
  • fresh rosemary, for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Cut the provolone cheese into very thin slices and divide the cheese onto two plates.
  • Heat the cheese in the microwave for 30-45 seconds.
  • Add the dried tomato and a sprig of rosemary.
