A simple recipe for pumpkin puree. It can be used to accompany turkey, chicken, or whatever you desire. It is very nutritious because it also contains more vegetables. Pumpkin puree is commonly used during Thanksgiving in the United States.

Cut the carrots, potatoes, and pumpkin and cook them in water.
Chop the onion and fry it in a pan.
Once the vegetables are ready, wait a bit for them to cool and blend them in the blender.
Combine everything in a pot and heat on low for 15 minutes.
Add pepper to taste.
