Quick Mixed Paella

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup Spanish chorizo, in slices
  • 1 cup chicken breast, in slices
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 envelope Goya® rice paella
  • 1 can Goya® Seafood Paella
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cups bell pepper, of colors, in strips
  • 1/2 cups peas
  • 1/2 cups shrimp
  • lemon, for garnish
  • parsley, for garnish

  • In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the slices of chorizo; cook until golden brown on both sides, remove from heat and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, cook the chicken, season with salt and pepper, and remove from heat.
  • In a paella pan, heat the water and once it boils, add Paella Goya® Rice, add Paella Goya® Seafood, olive oil, and stir with a spoon. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes, then add the colorful peppers, peas, chorizo, chicken, and shrimp; cover and cook for 5 more minutes.
  • Using a fork, fluff before serving. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley. Serve with bread.
