This easy recipe contains a delicious combination of seafood, chicken, and vegetables that no one will be able to resist. If there is a recipe with rice that triumphs all over the world, it is undoubtedly paella and within the different types, this mixed paella will be a success at your table.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup spanish chorizo, sliced
  • 1 cup chicken breast, sliced
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 on Goya® rice paella
  • 1 can Goya® Seafood Paella
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cups bell pepper, colored, in strips
  • 1/2 cups pea
  • 1/2 cups shrimp
  • yellow lemon, to decorate
  • parsley, to decorate

Preparation

In a frying pan over medium heat, heat the olive oil and fry the chorizo slices; cook until golden brown on both sides, remove from heat and reserve.
In that same pan, cook the chicken, season with salt and pepper and remove from the heat.
In a paella pan heat the water and once it boils add Goya® Rice Paella, add Goya® Seafood Paella, olive oil and stir with the help of a spoon. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes, add the colored peppers, the peas, the chorizo, the chicken and the shrimp; cover and cook for 5 more minutes.
With the help of a fork, stir before serving. Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley. Accompany with bread.

PRESENTATION

On a plate accompanied by a glass of white wine.

TIPS

You can add clams and mussels if you wish, but it is important that you add them when adding the shrimp.
