Refried Beans with Cow Cheese

Very good to accompany different dishes or as a snack with some tortilla chips.

  • 1 onion, medium
  • 1 liter pinto beans
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lard
  • 150 grams cheese, chihuahua type
  • salt, necessary amount

  • Blend the beans and set aside.
  • Chop the onion very finely and sauté in hot butter; when the onion is translucent, add a little salt and the blended beans.
  • Cut the cheese into small cubes, add it, and stir for 10 minutes.
