1 onion, medium
1 liter pinto beans
1 1/2 tablespoons lard
150 grams cheese, chihuahua type
salt, necessary amount

Blend the beans and set aside.
Chop the onion very finely and sauté in hot butter; when the onion is translucent, add a little salt and the blended beans.
Cut the cheese into small cubes, add it, and stir for 10 minutes.
