Rice Stew with Meat

  • 1 envelope Knorr ® rice a la poblana
  • 1/2 kilos ground beef
  • 4 teaspoons Spring Margarine Chantilly® unsalted
  • 1/2 cups white onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

  • In a rice pot, lightly sauté the garlic and onion with Margarina Primavera Chantilly® Unsalted and then add the meat. Cook for 7 minutes, stirring well to separate.
  • Pour in the water and the contents of the Knorr® Arroz a la Poblana packet, mixing everything well. Increase the heat and bring to a boil. Then cover the pot and cook for 10 minutes on low heat or until the water has been absorbed.
  • Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
