Cook the beans with salt, a teaspoon of oil, a piece of onion, and a sprig of epazote.
Let them boil until they are well cooked and almost falling apart so that the broth thickens.
Serve the beans in a deep plate and the rice in another plate.
When serving, first place the rice and then the beans on top.
