Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups white rice
  • 3 cups black bean, caldoso

Preparation

The beans are cooked with salt, a teaspoon of oil, a piece of onion and an epazote branch.
They are left to boil until they are well cooked and almost undone so that the broth thickens.
The beans are served in a deep dish and the rice in another dish.
When serving, put the rice and beans on top.
