2 cups rice, cooked
3 onions, large
2 tablespoons butter
2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cups white wine
salt

Cook the rice and season it with salt and a pinch of pepper.
Slice the onion into thin slices.
Melt the butter in a skillet and add the onion.
Sauté the onion, add the sugar, and cook over low heat.
Add 1/3 cup of white wine and cook until it evaporates. Repeat the procedure.
Serve the rice and top it with the caramelized onion.
