1 cup nopal, cut into thin strips and deflated
1/2 cups white onion, cut into small cubes
1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Cut the chicken breast into small cubes and set aside. Sauté the garlic and onion in a rice cooker with Margarina Primavera® Cocina Sin Sal. Add the chicken and roast it over medium heat until cooked.
Pour the water into the saucepan and empty the contents of the Knorr® Red Rice with Tomato packet, mixing it well. Increase the heat and cover the casserole when it boils. Lower the heat and cook for 10 minutes or until the water has been absorbed.
Remove from heat. Add and incorporate the nopales. Let it rest for 5 minutes and serve hot.
