Cabbage Stuffed with Rice

With this dish, you'll please your vegetarian guests. The cabbage is lightly boiled until soft and filled with rice. A true delicacy!

  • 1 envelope Knorr® spring rice
  • 4 leaves cabbage, washed and disinfected
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • Boil water with vinegar in a rice pot. Add the cabbage leaves and blanch them for a maximum of 2 minutes to soften. Set them aside. Reserve 1 3/4 cups of that water to prepare the rice.
  • Prepare the Knorr® Primavera Rice package according to the package instructions.
  • Place a portion of rice on each leaf and close them like a burrito. They can be served cold or hot.
