Boil water with vinegar in a rice pot. Add the cabbage leaves and blanch them for a maximum of 2 minutes to soften. Set them aside. Reserve 1 3/4 cups of that water to prepare the rice. Prepare the Knorr® Primavera Rice package according to the package instructions.
