2 cups white rice
1 tablespoon curry powder
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 white onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic and onion, finely chopped
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup soybean sprouts
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon parsley
1 can smoked oysters
15 centimeters fresh ginger
Preparation

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
Sauté the onion and garlic, being careful not to burn them.
Remove the skin from the ginger using a spoon and sauté.
Add the rice and cook until it becomes translucent.
Pour in the chicken broth, season with a little salt, and sprinkle the curry.
Lower the heat when it starts to boil and add the oysters.
Cook for 15 minutes or until the rice is cooked. Adjust seasoning.
Remove from heat and mix in the soybean sprouts and chopped parsley.
Serve in a large bowl.
