Curry is a mixture of more or less spicy spices, developed in Asian cuisines, East and Southeast Asia.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cups of White rice
  • 1 tablespoon of curry powder
  • 2 spoonfuls of vegetable oil
  • 1 piece of White onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic and onion finely chopped
  • 4 cups of chicken soup
  • 1 Cup of soybean sprouts
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley
  • 1 can of smoked oyster
  • 15 centimeters of fresh ginger

    Preparation

    Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    Smear the onion and garlic, taking care not to burn.
    Remove the ginger shell with the help of a spoon and sauté.
    Add the rice and cook until it is clear.
    Pour the chicken broth, season with a little salt and sprinkle the curry.
    Lower the flame when it begins to boil and add the oysters.
    Cook for 15 minutes or until the rice is cooked. Rectify the seasoning.
    Remove from heat and integrate with the soybean germ and chopped parsley.
    Serve in a large bowl.

    TIPS

    If you like you can omit adding the smoked oysters.
