Preparation
Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Smear the onion and garlic, taking care not to burn.
Remove the ginger shell with the help of a spoon and sauté.
Add the rice and cook until it is clear.
Pour the chicken broth, season with a little salt and sprinkle the curry.
Lower the flame when it begins to boil and add the oysters.
Cook for 15 minutes or until the rice is cooked. Rectify the seasoning.
Remove from heat and integrate with the soybean germ and chopped parsley.
Serve in a large bowl.
