Broccoli and Cheese Rice

  • In a deep skillet, heat the oil and add the onion, garlic, rice, and fry until golden brown. Pour in the chicken broth and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Pour in the cream, milk, and broccoli and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add the cheese and cook until melted.
  • Serve hot, garnish with parsley, and enjoy.
