Broccoli and Cheese Rice

  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups precooked rice
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 1/2 cups Manchego cheese
  • parsley, chopped, for garnish

  • In a deep skillet, heat the oil and add the onion, garlic, rice, and fry until golden brown. Pour in the chicken broth and cook for 15 minutes.
