In a blender, place the peanut butter, soy sauce, yogurt, and egg whites until well combined. Add to the previous mixture, stirring until they come together.
Shape 16 burgers and coat them with breadcrumbs. Heat some oil, fry each one until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels. Serve with tomato and lettuce.
