Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups Sos® rice minutes (instant), boiled; 1/2 cups wheat bran, ground; 1/2 cups flour; 1 onion, finely chopped; 1 clove garlic, chopped finely; 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated; 250 grams ear corn; 1 carrot, peeled and grated; 1 zucchini, grated; 3 tablespoons pine nuts; 2 tablespoons peanut butter; 2 tablespoons soy sauce; 3 tablespoons plain yogurt; 2 egg whites; 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs; olive oil, as needed

In a bowl, mix the first 10 ingredients. In a blender, place the peanut butter, soy sauce, yogurt, and egg whites until well combined. Add to the previous mixture, stirring until they come together.
