1 envelope Knorr® instant mexican rice
1 3/4 cups water
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons Primavera® Chantilly Margarine
1 nopal, in thin strips and soaked
1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
1 árbol chile, without stem and chopped
1 pinch coarse salt

Melt the margarine and sauté the onion.
Add the árbol chili.
Pour in the water and oil, and empty the contents of the Knorr® Mexican Rice packet.
Mix everything and bring to a boil over high heat. Lower the flame and cover.
Cook for 10 minutes or until the water is completely absorbed.
Add and mix in the nopales (previously soaked with coarse salt and rinsed with cold water).
Let it rest for 5 minutes and serve.
