  • 1 cup white rice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups chicken bullion
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cups Manchego cheese, grated

  • With a little oil, fry the rice, when it sizzles add the broth, let it cook on low heat until it's almost done.
  • Transfer the rice to a baking dish, add the cream and top with cheese. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
