1 cup white rice
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cups chicken bullion
1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 cups Manchego cheese, grated

With a little oil, fry the rice, when it sizzles add the broth, let it cook on low heat until it's almost done.
Transfer the rice to a baking dish, add the cream and top with cheese. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
