60 milliliters vegetable oil
250 grams rice
15 grams onion
5 grams garlic
450 milliliters carrot, just the juice
1 lime, seedless
coarse salt, for seasoning
white peppers, to taste
60 milliliters white wine

In a non-stick saucepan to prevent the rice from sticking, heat the oil.
Fry the rice until it changes color.
Add the onion and garlic as finely chopped as possible. Add the carrot juice and white wine.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add the juice of half a lemon.
When it reaches a rolling boil over high heat, reduce the flame and cover the saucepan.
Let it cook until the liquids evaporate.
