Yellow Rice

Delicious rice flavored with vegetables and a touch of white wine. It turns out great and you can prepare it on any occasion.

  • 60 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 250 grams rice
  • 15 grams onion
  • 5 grams garlic
  • 450 milliliters carrot, just the juice
  • 1 lime, seedless
  • coarse salt, for seasoning
  • white peppers, to taste
  • 60 milliliters white wine

  • In a non-stick saucepan to prevent the rice from sticking, heat the oil.
  • Fry the rice until it changes color.
  • Add the onion and garlic as finely chopped as possible. Add the carrot juice and white wine.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Add the juice of half a lemon.
  • When it reaches a rolling boil over high heat, reduce the flame and cover the saucepan.
  • Let it cook until the liquids evaporate.
