Cut the meats into portions and sauté them one by one. Collect the liquids to later make the rice. Cook the peppers on the stove, peel them, and cut them into strips. Remove the skin and seeds from the tomatoes and cut them into cubes.
In a paella pan, place the oils with the garlic, paprika, tomatoes, and peppers. Sauté the vegetables and add the meats. Stir and add the chicken broth.
Let it simmer and add the rice; finally, add the peas and cover with plastic. Let it dry.
Finally, serve and pair with white wine or whichever you prefer.
