Marychu's Rice Pudding

A delicious recipe for kids and adults!! It's a typical Mexican dessert that we all love thanks to its rich combination of flavors.

  • 1 kilo rice
  • 1 liter cow's milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • raisins, to taste

  • Soak the kilogram of rice in warm water until the rice becomes soft.
  • Boil the liter of whole milk in a pot with three tablespoons of sugar and two of cinnamon.
  • Pour the soaked rice into the milk and let it simmer to prevent the milk from sticking.
  • When ready, pour in 1 can of condensed milk and let it cook for 5 more minutes.
  • Let it cool and refrigerate for 40 minutes. Serve and decorate with raisins to taste.
