1 kilo rice
1 liter cow's milk
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 can condensed milk
raisins, to taste

Soak the kilogram of rice in warm water until the rice becomes soft.
Boil the liter of whole milk in a pot with three tablespoons of sugar and two of cinnamon.
Pour the soaked rice into the milk and let it simmer to prevent the milk from sticking.
When ready, pour in 1 can of condensed milk and let it cook for 5 more minutes.
Let it cool and refrigerate for 40 minutes. Serve and decorate with raisins to taste.
