Medium
We heat 450 ml of water in a small but deep pot and add the star anise.
With the remaining 50 ml of water, we will dissolve the 2 tablespoons of rice flour.
When the water in our pot begins to boil, we pour in the dissolved rice flour and stir a little, let it boil again and remove from heat.
We can serve the atole in cups, whether for children or adults, and sweeten individually, the same goes for baby bottles.
This atole can be consumed as drinking water or to prepare baby formula.
