Rice with Milk and Cinnamon

The traditional and typical recipe for rice pudding, I love making it because it is very easy and besides everything, it is very, very delicious, try it, you won't regret it.

  • 2 1/4 cups water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 cups rice, soaked in hot water for 20 min. and drained (110g)
  • 1/2 cans evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cans milkmaid

  • Heat the water with the cinnamon and when it boils, add the rice, cook for 15 min or until the rice is tender.
  • Pour in the evaporated milk and the condensed milk, mix and continue simmering for 20 to 25 min or until it thickens.
  • Serve warm or cold and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
