Rice with Milk and Cinnamon

The traditional and typical recipe for rice pudding, I love making it because it is very easy and besides everything, it is very, very delicious, try it, you won't regret it.

2 1/4 cups water
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 cups rice, soaked in hot water for 20 min. and drained (110g)
1/2 cans evaporated milk
1/2 cans milkmaid

Heat the water with the cinnamon and when it boils, add the rice, cook for 15 min or until the rice is tender.
Pour in the evaporated milk and the condensed milk, mix and continue simmering for 20 to 25 min or until it thickens.
Serve warm or cold and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
