Rice with Milk and Coconut

Rice with milk in the Arequipeño style, I love to prepare rice with milk, it is very delicious and fits perfectly as the main dessert in all meals.

  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 100 grams raisins
  • 100 grams grated sweet coconuts

  • Wash the rice well and put it to boil together with evaporated milk, a stick of cinnamon, cloves, and the necessary amount of water stir until most of the liquid has been consumed.
  • Remove the cinnamon and cloves.
  • Add the condensed milk and raisins.
  • Once cooked, add the coconut, stir, serve, and decorate with ground cinnamon.
