1 1/2 cups rice, raw
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 white onion, medium, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 teaspoon red chile, powder
1 tablespoon Maggi chicken bouillon, dissolved in 2 cups of warm water
1 can red beefsteak tomato, chopped, without draining
1 1/2 pounds chicken breast, boneless and skinless, cut into 1-inch strips
1 cup vetch, peas, frozen, thawed
1/4 cups green olives, stuffed olives, chopped

Put the rice and oil in a pressure cooker, stir until the rice is well mixed with the oil.
Add the onion, garlic, bell pepper, chili powder, broth, and chopped tomatoes; stir to combine.
Place the strips of chicken evenly in the pot.
Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or on low for 5 to 6 hours or until the chicken is tender.
Add the peas and olives 15 minutes before serving.
