Wash the rice at least three times in plenty of water until it is completely clean.
Boil for about eighteen minutes, drain, and let cool.
Then stir-fry in a wok with a bit of beaten egg and let it rest for at least ten minutes. After that, sauté again with a bit of egg and vegetable oil, and add the shrimp and chopped pineapple.
Fry over high heat for five minutes, stirring vigorously, and while sautéing, gradually add the necessary broth to prevent it from drying out.
