Rice with Pineapple and Shrimp

Delicious dish of rice with shrimp and pineapple that can be paired with an unoaked white wine D.O. Ycoden-Daute-Isora. Medium difficulty Chinese recipe but with easy-to-find ingredients.

  • 320 grams long grain rice
  • 100 grams prawn
  • 150 grams pineapple
  • 1 egg
  • broth, base

  • Wash the rice at least three times in plenty of water until it is completely clean.
  • Boil for about eighteen minutes, drain, and let cool.
  • Then stir-fry in a wok with a bit of beaten egg and let it rest for at least ten minutes. After that, sauté again with a bit of egg and vegetable oil, and add the shrimp and chopped pineapple.
  • Fry over high heat for five minutes, stirring vigorously, and while sautéing, gradually add the necessary broth to prevent it from drying out.
