Rice with Pork Ribs

1 cube Knorr® tomato bouillon
4 tablespoons oil
1 cup white rice, long-grain, washed, and drained
150 grams pork ribs, cut into small pieces
2 1/4 cups water

In a pot, heat the oil, fry the rice as usual until the grains separate from each other, and remove them.
In the same pot, sauté the ribs in the remaining oil. Let them turn a golden color.
Add the rice, water, and Knorr® Tomato Seasoning cube, and let it come to a boil, making sure to dissolve the cube well.
Reduce the heat, cover, and let it cook for 20 minutes.
