Rice with Pork Ribs

Nothing beats the flavor that rib meat brings to this red rice, I assure you. It's incredibly practical; you'll have dinner ready in minutes.

  • 1 cube Knorr® tomato bouillon
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup white rice, long-grain, washed, and drained
  • 150 grams pork ribs, cut into small pieces
  • 2 1/4 cups water

  • In a pot, heat the oil, fry the rice as usual until the grains separate from each other, and remove them.
  • In the same pot, sauté the ribs in the remaining oil. Let them turn a golden color.
  • Add the rice, water, and Knorr® Tomato Seasoning cube, and let it come to a boil, making sure to dissolve the cube well.
  • Reduce the heat, cover, and let it cook for 20 minutes.
