Rice with Strips and Seafood with Knorr®

Delicious rice with strips and seafood, perfect for preparing at a family meal or dinner and surprising all your guests.

  • 1 envelope Knorr® seasoning Miarroz®
  • 1 1/2 cups rice
  • 3 1/2 cups water
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 Poblano chiles, roasted, peeled, and seedless
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 1 Poblano chile, roasted, peeled, and in strips
  • 1 red snapper fillet, in cubes
  • 250 grams shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 250 grams white clam
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 cup green beans

  • In a skillet, add olive oil, one chopped garlic clove, and half an onion until golden.
  • In the same pan, cook the shrimp and fish.
  • Blend 1 clove of garlic, the other half of the onion, 2 poblano peppers, 3 ½ cups of water, and a green pepper.
  • Fry the puree in the oil. Add the rice, the strips of poblano pepper, and the vegetables. Add the Knorr® MiArroz® seasoning packet and let it simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.
  • Uncover the pan and arrange the clams, shrimp, fish, and strips of pepper.
  • Cover the paella pan with aluminum foil and leave on low heat. Add more broth as needed.
  • Remove and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
