In a skillet, add olive oil, one chopped garlic clove, and half an onion until golden.
In the same pan, cook the shrimp and fish.
Blend 1 clove of garlic, the other half of the onion, 2 poblano peppers, 3 ½ cups of water, and a green pepper.
Fry the puree in the oil. Add the rice, the strips of poblano pepper, and the vegetables. Add the Knorr® MiArroz® seasoning packet and let it simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.
Uncover the pan and arrange the clams, shrimp, fish, and strips of pepper.
Cover the paella pan with aluminum foil and leave on low heat. Add more broth as needed.
Remove and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
