Ingredients: 1 envelope Knorr® seasoning Miarroz®; 1 1/2 cups rice; 3 1/2 cups water; 2 cloves garlic, chopped; 1 onion, chopped; 2 Poblano chiles, roasted, peeled, and seedless; 2 green bell peppers; 1 Poblano chile, roasted, peeled, and in strips; 1 red snapper fillet, in cubes; 250 grams shrimp, peeled and deveined; 250 grams white clam; 1 cup peas; 1 cup green beans

In a skillet, add olive oil, one chopped garlic clove, and half an onion until golden. In the same pan, cook the shrimp and fish.
