Sushi Balls with 2 Sauces

  • Cook the SOS rice for sushi, with water over medium heat covered for 15 min. or until all the water is absorbed. Remove from heat, let it rest for 15 min. covered.
  • Spread the rice in a non-metal bowl; it can be stainless steel, plastic, or bamboo.
  • Pour the vinegar over the rice evenly. Mix with a wooden spoon. Just lift and flip the rice from the edge to the center so that the rice grains do not get crushed.
  • Form balls the size of a lemon with your damp hands to prevent sticking.
  • Sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
  • To prepare the sauce, blend the ingredients but remove the seeds from the habanero chili.
  • For the seed sauce, just mix the ingredients. Place the rice balls on the plates, top with grated radish, and drizzle with both sauces.
