9 tomatoes, peeled, washed, and seeded
2 tablespoons tomato purée
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cups rice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon pepper
1/2 tablespoons dried thyme
1/2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
6 cups chicken bullion

In a large pot, melt the butter and sauté the onion and garlic over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add the tomato, the broth, the rice, the tomato puree, the Worcestershire sauce, the pepper, the thyme, and the Tabasco.
Lower the heat and cook for 30 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes. Transfer the soup to the blender until fully chopped.
Put it back in the pot and let it cook for 3-5 minutes and serve.
