5 cups water
90 grams butter
2 tablespoons Extra Special Olive Oil®
1/2 onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 sprig parsley
2 fish fillets
1 cup octopus, cooked
20 shrimp
10 clams
4 tablespoons butter
1 onion, finely chopped
4 tomatoes, roasted, peeled, and ground
1 sprig epazote

In a saucepan over low heat, add the butter, olive oil, and onion. Cook until transparent.
Add the rice and fry until golden, add the water and lemon juice, let it cook for 5 minutes until overcooked.
In a saucepan, add the butter, onion, and tomato, and cook for 3 minutes.
Pour in the shrimp broth, clams, octopus, and fish fillet.
