190 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
3/4 cups Poblano chile, in rajas
1/2 cups corn kernels
1 zucchini, cooked and cut into small cubes
1 cup rice, soaked and well-drained
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 1/2 cups water, boiling
1/4 onions, finely chopped
1 clove garlic
1 sprig parsley
1 tablespoon chicken broth

Heat the oil and fry the rice until slightly golden along with the garlic and onion; remove the excess fat and set aside.
Add the boiling water, the parsley sprig, and the powdered broth; cover and cook on low heat for 25 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed.
Place half of the rice in a ring mold, pressing down with a spoon; spread the vegetables and cream cheese cubes.
Add the rest of the rice and press down with a spoon. Unmold and serve.
