1 cup wild rice
1 orange
4 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/2 tablespoons butter
1 slice red onion, chopped
1 cup white rice
1 pinch dry rosemary
12 almonds, toasted
12 raspberries
salt, to taste
ground white pepper, to taste

Place the wild rice with 2 1/2 cups of broth in a pressure cooker and cook over medium heat.
When the pressure cooker valve whistles, lower the heat and cook for 20 minutes.
Grate the orange peel and mix with the cooked wild rice. Cover with a clean cloth and set aside.
Melt the butter and sauté the onion. Add the Morelos rice and lightly brown it. Stir constantly to prevent burning.
Pour in the rest of the broth, cook over medium heat until it starts to boil, and season with a little salt.
Lower the heat, add the rosemary, and cook for 20 minutes.
Chop the almonds, mix with the rices, and season with salt and white pepper.
Squeeze the juice of the orange and incorporate a bit into the previous mixture.
