Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thick wedges.
Cover the baking sheet with non-stick paper for the potatoes.
Arrange the potatoes on the baking sheet.
Brush them with oil and bake for 20 minutes.
NOTE: Turn the potatoes occasionally to ensure even cooking.
