A delicious side dish or snack of roasted potatoes, which you can serve with your preferred dressing, such as ketchup, mustard, or a cheese dip.

  • Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into thick wedges.
  • Cover the baking sheet with non-stick paper for the potatoes.
  • Arrange the potatoes on the baking sheet.
  • Brush them with oil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • NOTE: Turn the potatoes occasionally to ensure even cooking.
