Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. And prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds, and cut into cubes or slices.
Mix the pumpkin with the oil and bake on the tray for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and mix with the sesame, honey, balsamic vinegar, feta cheese, and pomegranate, and season with salt and pepper.
