Roasted Pumpkin with Pomegranate

A delicious and original roasted pumpkin recipe to celebrate Thanksgiving.

  • 1.5 winter squash
  • 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 100 feta cheeses
  • 4 pomegranates
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. And prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds, and cut into cubes or slices.
  • Mix the pumpkin with the oil and bake on the tray for 30 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and mix with the sesame, honey, balsamic vinegar, feta cheese, and pomegranate, and season with salt and pepper.
