Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1.5 Castilla pumpkin
  • 6 tablespoons vegetal oil
  • 4 tablespoons sesame seed
  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 100 feta cheeses
  • 4 pomegranates
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Preheats the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. And prepare a tray for baking cookies with waxed paper.
Peel the pumpkin, remove its seeds and cut into cubes or slices.
Mix the pumpkin with the oil and bake in the pan for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and mix with the garlic, honey, balsamic vinegar, feta cheese and pomegranate and season with salt and pepper.

Excelente y sencilla. Como la hice en verano he sustituido la granada por arándanos rojos secos que puse en un bol con el aliño batido para que se hidrataran un poco.
