1 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1/2 teaspoons pepper
6 zucchinis, small, cut lengthwise
3 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

Preheat your grill or skillet where you will prepare your zucchini. Lightly brush the grill.
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, garlic, rosemary, and pepper. Brush the zucchini with this mixture.
Cook until they are golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
Serve them on a plate and add a few drops of balsamic oil.
