1 kilo romeritos, clean and cooked
500 grams potato, peeled and boiled
1 cup dried shrimp, without skin
500 milliliters chicken broth
3 pasilla chiles, roasted
3 ancho chiles, roasted
1/4 cups toasted peanuts
1/4 cups almonds, tostada
1/4 cups raisins
1 sprig cinnamon
pepper
vegetable oil

Blend the chicken broth with the chiles, raisins, peanuts, almonds, cinnamon stick, salt, and pepper.
Strain the sauce and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sauce for 10 minutes.
Add the romeritos, potatoes, and shrimp to the mole, season with salt and pepper, and cook over low heat until it begins to boil.
