Rosemary Baked Potatoes

  • 2 kilos potato
  • 90 grams butter
  • 4 tablespoons Extra Special Olive Oil®
  • 2 sprigs rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Great Value® plain salt
  • 1/2 tablespoons pepper

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a baking dish.
  • Cut the potatoes with a knife or mandoline into thin slices. Set aside.
  • Melt the butter and mix it with the olive oil. Place the potatoes in a bowl and mix with the butter, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
