  • 500 grams Mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 kilos pork rinds

  • Mix the corn flour with water until a dough forms.
  • Prepare the cheese or mozzarella until there are no lumps left.
  • Make a tortilla, place the cheese or mozzarella in the center, and palm it until it forms a medium tortilla.
  • It is optional if you want to use chicharrón, ground beans with cheese in the center of the tortilla.
  • Place them on a griddle and cook until they are done and the cheese melts out of the tortilla.
