Peel the shrimp without removing the tails. Reserve the shells and heads.
Mix the shrimp with the lemon juice and the garlic clove, season with pepper and salt. Reserve in the refrigerator.
Heat half of the oil in a paella pan or large skillet. Fry the shrimp until they change color. Remove and set aside.
Add the green beans, bell peppers, and onion. Add the rest of the Mazola Olive and Soy oil, incorporate the rice, and lightly sauté along with the saffron threads. Add the shrimp broth. Season.
Let it cook over medium-high heat; when there is little water left, stir the rice and cook on low heat. Add the shrimp and clams, cover, and let cook for about 10 minutes.
