Try this delicious seafood rice with shrimp, clams, green beans and saffron. This recipe is planned as an entry, if you want to make it as a main course, double the amount of ingredients.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup pre-cooked rice
  • 1/2 onions, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 red peppers, cut in julienne
  • 1 cup green bean, matches in two or three parts
  • 1 fist saffron, threads
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon
  • 10 shrimps, large (unpeeled)
  • 20 clams, chirlas, well washed
  • 2 1/2 cups shrimp broth
  • 1/4 cups ax callus
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Peel the shrimp without removing the tail. Reserve the shells and the heads. Mix the shrimp with the lemon juice and the clove of garlic, season with pepper and salt. Reserve in the refrigerator.
Heat half of the oil in a paella pan or large pan. Fry the shrimp until they change color. Remove and reserve.
Add green beans, peppers and onion. Add the remaining Mazola Oliva and Soya oil, add the rice and sauté lightly together with the saffron threads. Add the shrimp broth. Season
Let it cook over medium high heat, when there is little water stir the rice and cook over low heat. Add the shrimp and clams, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
