1 cup rice
1 clove garlic
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 piece onion

1 carrot, in small cubes, previously cooked
1/4 cups peas, previously cooked
2 cups chicken broth, or water
2 tomatoes

Soak the rice in warm water for 10 minutes, wash, and drain thoroughly.
Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat and fry the rice until it changes color, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
Blend the tomato with the onion, garlic, and chicken broth, strain; add the peas and carrot to the rice.
Season, lower the heat, cover, and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let it rest covered until ready to serve.
