Spiral Fries

Enjoy preparing these potatoes that are not only delicious but also healthy, as they are fried with T-fal® Easy Fry, an easy way to make your dishes healthier and crispier. You'll love the technique to shape them, as you only need skewer sticks and a knife to achieve it.

  • 3/4 cups flour, all-purpose
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoons ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 potatoes
  • cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon paprika, to accompany
  • hot sauce, snack, to accompany

  • In a bowl, mix the flour with paprika, ground black pepper, sauce, garlic powder, and water until completely combined. Set aside until use.
  • Take a wooden skewer stick, insert the tip into one end of the potato and push through until the tip of the skewer comes out the other side. Place the potato on a cutting board and, using a knife, cut the potato diagonally to form a spiral; remember to rotate the potato to achieve this.
  • Distribute the potato along the skewer stick and coat it with the previous mixture until covered. Place the spiral fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spray with cooking oil, and fry in a T-fal® Easy Fry at 180°C for 20 minutes.
  • Serve with a little paprika and accompany with hot sauce.
